Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 29, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to www.fezline.ca, your communications and transactions with Fezline Parts, and your purchase, pickup, delivery or installation of products and services from Fezline Parts.

In these Terms, “Fezline,” “Fezline Parts,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Fezline Parts. “Customer,” “you” and “your” refer to any individual or organization accessing the website, submitting an order, making a payment or receiving products or services from Fezline.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using our website, placing or confirming an order, paying an invoice or deposit, arranging pickup or delivery, or authorizing installation services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Before completing an online purchase, customers are responsible for reviewing the order information and correcting any errors concerning the selected product, vehicle, finish, quantity, pickup or shipping information.

The applicable product listing, written quotation, invoice, order confirmation and these Terms collectively form the agreement between Fezline and the customer. If a product-specific written term conflicts with these general Terms, the product-specific written term will apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

Fezline offers aftermarket cosmetic automotive parts and accessories. Some products are maintained in stock, while others are obtained by order from our suppliers after a customer places or confirms an order.

A product appearing on the website, social media or other sales channel is not necessarily available for immediate pickup or delivery. Stock levels, supplier availability, finishes, designs and specifications may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and specifications are accurate. However, screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing updates and production differences may cause minor variations in colour, texture, gloss, weave, dimensions or appearance.

Where applicable, certain non-carbon products are manufactured from high-quality, automotive-grade ABS, selected for its durability, impact resistance and lightweight properties. Material descriptions apply only when specifically identified on the product listing, quotation or invoice.

A product will only be represented as real carbon fibre, carbon-look, gloss black, painted or another particular finish when identified as such in the applicable listing, quotation or invoice.

3. VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY AND FITMENT

Customers must provide complete and accurate vehicle information before ordering, including the make, model, year, trim, chassis code, bumper style, facelift or pre-facelift status and any other information reasonably requested by Fezline. A vehicle identification number may also be requested when necessary.

Compatibility can be affected by factory options, previous repairs, regional specifications, aftermarket modifications, non-original body panels and differences between standard, sport and performance-model bumpers.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle information supplied. Fezline is not responsible for incompatibility caused by incorrect, incomplete or withheld information.

All products must be carefully inspected and test-fitted before painting, drilling, cutting, applying permanent adhesive or completing installation. Installation should be performed by an experienced professional unless Fezline agrees to provide the installation.

Aftermarket cosmetic parts may require customary alignment, adjustment, adhesive, fasteners, screws, drilling or minor trimming during professional installation. A reasonable installation adjustment does not automatically mean that the product is defective.

4. ORDERS, INVENTORY AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order request does not automatically mean that Fezline has accepted the order. An order becomes accepted when Fezline issues written confirmation and receives the required full payment or deposit.

Orders may consist of:

a. In-stock products that are currently held by Fezline;

b. Reserved products allocated from available inventory; or

c. By-order, special-order or custom products obtained from a supplier specifically for the customer.

Inventory may be sold or reserved before an online listing is updated. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Fezline may offer a suitable alternative, provide a revised estimated timeline or cancel the affected product and refund the applicable amount paid.

Fezline may refuse or cancel an order because of product unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect customer information or an inability to complete the transaction. If Fezline cancels an accepted order for one of these reasons, any refundable amount collected for the cancelled product will be returned.

Customers should retain their written quotation, invoice, order confirmation and payment receipt.

5. PRICING AND CURRENCY

Prices are expressed in Canadian dollars unless another currency is clearly identified on the website, quotation, invoice or payment request.

Shipping charges and any other applicable order costs will be identified at checkout or on the customer’s invoice before the transaction is completed, where reasonably determinable.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other governmental fees as described in Section 10.

Fezline does not engage in hidden mandatory pricing. Optional products or services, including installation, upgraded shipping or additional accessories, will be separately identified where applicable.

If an obvious pricing or calculation error is discovered, Fezline may correct the error before accepting the order. If the error is discovered after payment, Fezline will contact the customer and allow the customer to approve the corrected amount or receive a refund for the affected product.

6. DEPOSITS, RESERVATIONS AND OUTSTANDING BALANCES

The required deposit, payment schedule and remaining balance will be stated on the applicable quotation, invoice or order confirmation.

A deposit reserves inventory or authorizes Fezline to begin procurement. Once Fezline has placed the order with a supplier, committed to manufacturing or shipping, allocated the product, or incurred procurement-related costs, the deposit becomes non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

A cancellation requested before procurement begins may be considered but must be approved by Fezline in writing.

Any outstanding balance must be paid by the deadline stated on the invoice and before the product is released, shipped, delivered or installed unless Fezline agrees otherwise in writing.

Failure to pay the outstanding balance may delay fulfillment, pickup, delivery or installation. If Fezline cannot fulfill an accepted order, any amount paid for the unfulfilled product will be refunded.

7. PAYMENT METHODS, AUTHORIZATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION

Fezline accepts eligible credit and debit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, through the secure payment options available on the website. Digital wallets, installment providers and other checkout methods may vary according to the customer’s device, region and payment-provider eligibility.

Interac payments and STC Pay may also be accepted when arranged directly with Fezline. An order paid through a manual payment method is not confirmed until the payment has been received and cleared.

Services such as Klarna, Afterpay and other installment-payment providers are offered and administered by independent third parties. Eligibility, approval, payment schedules, fees and disputes relating to those services are governed by the applicable provider’s own terms.

Customers authorize Fezline and its payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout or on the applicable invoice. Fezline may request additional verification or cancel a transaction where fraud, unauthorized payment or identity misuse is reasonably suspected.

Customers should contact Fezline promptly regarding any payment concern before initiating a chargeback. This does not restrict any lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or improperly processed transaction.

8. SHIPPING, PICKUP AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Products identified as in stock may be available sooner than products obtained by order. The applicable estimated availability will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Many by-order products have an estimated delivery or availability period of approximately 7–10 business days after the order is confirmed, unless a different estimate is provided. This period is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public holidays.

Fezline does not provide free worldwide shipping. Shipping charges apply unless free shipping is expressly included in a written quotation or specific promotion.

Free pickup is available by appointment from designated pickup points in:

Canada: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton and Ottawa

Saudi Arabia: Jeddah

Pickup availability may differ depending on the product and location. A product may require additional transfer time before becoming available in a selected city. Customers must wait until Fezline confirms that the order is ready and provides the applicable pickup instructions.

Fezline does not provide supplier, consolidated shipment or internal logistics tracking numbers. Customers will receive order-status updates when an order approaches delivery or pickup and when the product has arrived or becomes ready.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, telephone number and delivery information. Additional expenses caused by incorrect information, an unsuccessful delivery attempt or an unclaimed shipment may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

9. DELAYS AND EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Delivery and availability estimates may be affected by circumstances outside Fezline’s reasonable control, including supplier delays, manufacturing delays, carrier disruptions, customs or CBSA inspections, border processing, severe weather, labour disputes, transportation interruptions, governmental action, natural disasters, emergencies or other comparable events.

Customs and CBSA processing times are determined by the appropriate authorities and cannot be controlled or guaranteed by Fezline.

When a delay occurs, Fezline will continue monitoring the order and will provide material updates when reliable information becomes available. The absence of a new update does not mean that an order has been lost or abandoned.

Fezline is not responsible for losses caused solely by a reasonable delay outside its control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation or refund right relating to delayed delivery.

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International shipping may be available for eligible products and destinations. Availability, cost and estimated transit time may vary.

Unless expressly included in the written order total, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country.

International customers are responsible for confirming that the ordered product can lawfully be imported, installed and used in their jurisdiction.

Customs authorities may open, inspect, delay, hold or refuse a shipment. Fezline cannot control these decisions or provide guaranteed customs-clearance dates.

Refusing a shipment, failing to complete customs requirements or declining to pay applicable import charges does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any available refund will be determined after the product is returned and may be reduced by lawful, non-recoverable transportation, customs or handling costs.

Fezline will not falsify product values, descriptions, country of origin or customs documentation.

11. ORDER INSPECTION AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Customers must inspect each product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or pickup and before installation, modification, painting or disposal of the original packaging.

Visible shipping damage, an incorrect product, missing components or an apparent material defect should be reported within 48 hours whenever reasonably possible. Prompt reporting allows Fezline to preserve evidence and submit any necessary carrier or supplier claim. This reporting request does not reduce any non-waivable statutory right.

The customer may be required to provide:

a. The order number or proof of purchase;

b. Clear photographs and videos of the product;

c. Photographs of the packaging and shipping label;

d. Vehicle information and fitment photographs; and

e. Any other information reasonably required to assess the issue.

The customer must retain the product, packaging and included components and must not discard, install, paint, cut, drill or otherwise modify the item until Fezline provides instructions.

A material defect is a significant manufacturing fault that materially affects the product’s intended appearance, fit or normal use. Minor manufacturing tolerances, reflections, small variations in colour, finish or carbon pattern, and customary professional-installation adjustments are not automatically material defects.

If Fezline confirms that a product was materially defective, incorrectly supplied or damaged before delivery or pickup, Fezline will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, credit or refund, as permitted by law and appropriate to the circumstances.

12. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Fezline does not offer general change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

A return or exchange may be accepted only when:

a. Fezline confirms a material product defect;

b. Fezline supplied the wrong product;

c. The product was damaged before delivery or pickup;

d. Fezline expressly approved the return in writing; or

e. A return, cancellation or refund is required by applicable law.

A product cannot be returned without prior written authorization from Fezline. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Unless the claimed defect could not reasonably have been identified beforehand, products that have been installed, painted, drilled, cut, modified, damaged or used are not eligible for return.

Customers must provide proof of purchase and return all approved products in the condition and packaging reasonably requested by Fezline.

Special-order, custom-made and painted products remain subject to Section 15.

13. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

Cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in writing as soon as possible.

An order cannot ordinarily be cancelled after it has been placed with a supplier, entered production, allocated from inventory, prepared for dispatch or otherwise caused Fezline to incur non-recoverable costs.

Requested changes involving the vehicle, product, finish, quantity, pickup location, shipping destination or installation may affect the price and estimated delivery time. A change is not accepted until Fezline confirms it in writing.

If Fezline approves a cancellation before processing begins, the refundable amount will be confirmed in writing. Deposits remain subject to Section 6.

Nothing in this section limits a cancellation right that applies under mandatory consumer-protection legislation.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times after Fezline issues a refund may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment processor or installment provider.

Original shipping, international duties and completed installation charges are not refundable when those services were properly provided, unless the refund is required because of Fezline’s error or applicable law.

If only part of an order is affected, any approved refund may be limited to the affected product or service.

14. REFUNDS

15. SPECIAL-ORDER, CUSTOM AND PAINTED PRODUCTS

By-order, special-order, custom-manufactured, personalized and painted products are procured or prepared according to the customer’s selected specifications.

Once procurement, production, painting or preparation begins, these products are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged because the customer changes their mind, sells the vehicle or no longer requires the product.

Customers must carefully review all written specifications before approving the order.

Exact paint matching cannot be guaranteed where the vehicle’s existing finish has changed because of age, fading, previous repair, refinishing, weather exposure or differences in the paint application process. Reasonable variations are not automatically defects.

This section does not exclude remedies for a confirmed material defect, an incorrect product supplied by Fezline or any right that cannot legally be waived.

16. INSTALLATION SERVICES AND ESTIMATES

Installation services are available only when confirmed by Fezline and may not be offered for every product or location.

The installation scope, labour charge, location and estimated completion time will be communicated before work begins.

Where required by applicable Ontario law, Fezline will provide a written estimate before charging for installation or vehicle work. Alternatively, the customer may decline an estimate and authorize a maximum amount in writing where legally permitted.

Charges will not exceed a written estimate by more than the amount permitted by law unless the customer separately authorizes the additional work or revised amount in writing.

Any drilling, trimming, cutting, permanent adhesive, removal of existing components or other material alteration will be disclosed and authorized when reasonably required.

Completion times are estimates and may change if previously undisclosed damage, missing hardware, prior modifications, incorrect parts or other unexpected vehicle conditions are discovered.

17. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must disclose relevant previous damage, repairs, paintwork, bodywork, aftermarket modifications and known mechanical or electrical concerns before installation.

Fezline is not responsible for a pre-existing condition or concealed damage that could not reasonably be identified before work began.

Products installed by the customer or an independent third party must be test-fitted and professionally installed according to the product requirements. Fezline is not responsible for labour costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs or damage caused by incorrect installation, improper tools, unsuitable adhesive, excessive force, failure to follow instructions or third-party workmanship.

If an apparent problem is identified during installation, work should stop immediately and Fezline should be contacted before the product is permanently modified.

The customer is responsible for following any aftercare, adhesive-curing, fastener-checking or maintenance instructions provided by Fezline or the manufacturer.

18. PRODUCT CARE, USE AND ROAD CONDITIONS

Aftermarket cosmetic automotive components are exposed to road debris, curbs, speed bumps, snow, ice, salt, extreme temperatures, chemicals, pressure washing and other environmental conditions.

Customers must operate their vehicles carefully, account for any reduced ground clearance and regularly inspect installed components, fasteners and adhesive.

Damage caused by road impact, collision, misuse, neglect, racing, improper cleaning products, automatic car-wash equipment, pressure washing at unsafe distances, failure to maintain fasteners or ordinary wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Vehicle modifications may affect manufacturer warranties, insurance coverage, road legality, sensors or driver-assistance systems. Customers are responsible for confirming the suitability and legality of a modification for their vehicle and jurisdiction.

A product or installation warranty applies only when its duration and coverage are expressly stated on the applicable product page, quotation, invoice or other written communication from Fezline.

Where a manufacturer or supplier provides a warranty, Fezline may assist the customer with a valid claim, but the warranty remains subject to the applicable manufacturer’s requirements and remedy process.

Warranty coverage does not ordinarily include normal wear, road impact, collision, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, incorrect vehicle information, third-party workmanship, cosmetic deterioration caused by unsuitable chemicals or damage caused by a failure to follow care instructions.

The customer may be required to provide proof of purchase, photographs, videos and the product itself for assessment.

Nothing in this section excludes any warranty, condition or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

19. WARRANTIES

20. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to product restrictions, availability limits, minimum-purchase requirements and stated expiry dates.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to a completed order.

Fezline may correct or cancel a promotion affected by an obvious technical, typographical or pricing error. The final approved pricing will appear on the applicable checkout page, quotation or invoice.

21. WEBSITE USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The website may be used only for lawful personal or business purposes connected with reviewing or purchasing Fezline products and services.

Users must not:

a. Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security;

b. Introduce malicious code or automated attacks;

c. Use false information or another person’s payment method without authorization;

d. Copy or exploit website content unlawfully;

e. Use the website to commit fraud or violate applicable law; or

f. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system or information.

Fezline may restrict website access, refuse an order or report suspected unlawful activity where reasonably necessary.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS

The Fezline name, website design, original photographs, written content, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Fezline and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

Vehicle-manufacturer names, model names, logos and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are used only when reasonably necessary to describe compatibility, fitment or product style.

Unless expressly stated, Fezline is an independent aftermarket business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer or payment provider.

23. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, PAYMENT PROVIDERS AND LINKS

The website and fulfillment process may involve independent providers, including Squarespace, payment processors, installment providers, couriers, suppliers and social-media platforms.

These providers may apply their own terms, privacy practices and eligibility requirements. Fezline is not responsible for the independent operation of a third-party platform, but this does not remove any obligation that Fezline owes directly to the customer under applicable law.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of all information, products or services offered by those websites.

24. PRIVACY AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Personal information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Fezline Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Customers agree to receive transactional communications reasonably necessary to complete an order, including invoices, payment confirmations, fitment questions, customs updates, pickup instructions, delivery updates and service communications.

Transactional communications are not promotional marketing messages. Promotional communications will be managed according to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

Customers are responsible for keeping their email address, telephone number and delivery information accurate.

25. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fezline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential losses, including loss of use, lost profits or losses caused by delays outside Fezline’s reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fezline’s total liability arising from a particular product or service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Fezline for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Fezline is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect customer information, unauthorized modification, improper or third-party installation, road impact, misuse, failure to follow instructions or use of a product on an incompatible vehicle.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any applicable liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or non-waivable consumer rights.

26. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and transactions with Fezline are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting formal proceedings, the customer and Fezline agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter through written communication.

Subject to any mandatory consumer right or jurisdiction that cannot be excluded, disputes will be submitted to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a statutory right, mandatory jurisdiction, court remedy or other protection that cannot legally be waived.

27. GENERAL PROVISIONS, CHANGES AND CONTACT INFORMATION

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A delay or failure by Fezline to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the applicable listing, quotation, invoice, order confirmation and written product-specific terms, constitute the agreement concerning the applicable transaction.

Fezline may update these Terms periodically. Changes apply prospectively from the updated date posted on the website. The version in effect when an order was accepted will continue to govern that order unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.
