Shipping is available for eligible products & destinations. Costs & estimated transit times vary. Applicable duties, taxes, customs charges & import requirements are generally the customer’s responsibility unless Fezline confirms otherwise in writing.

Delivery Estimates

Many applicable by-order products have an estimated arrival time of approximately 7–10 business days unless another estimate is provided. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Supplier preparation, carriers, customs, CBSA processing, weather and other circumstances outside Fezline’s control may affect timing.

Order Updates

Some products move through supplier, consolidated-shipment or internal-logistics channels, so a customer-facing tracking number may not always be available. Fezline provides meaningful order-status updates when reliable information becomes available.
