Fezline specializes in the sale and installation of high-quality cosmetic car parts, with a focus on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and other major vehicle makes and models. Products are sourced from trusted manufacturers and offered with installation services for local customers.

Fezline aims to provide as most accurate product descriptions, including finish, fitment, and available styles.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified and offered either an alternative or a full refund.

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
Prices are not subject to change once the order is placed.
Deposits are non-refundable unless Fezline cancels the order or cannot fulfill it.
Full payment must be made on installation .
Payments are accepted via e-transfer to Fezline.parts@gmail.com or other agreed methods.

All parts are shipped per order from our supplier in the Netherlands. While average delivery time is 5–9 business days, this may vary depending on Canadian customs clearance and other border-related delays.
Fezline offers free shipping worldwide but is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or additional border-related charges unless otherwise specified.
Once shipped, tracking updates will be provided.

Fezline offers installation on all parts purchased directly from us.
Installations are by appointment only at our designated location in Toronto and Mississauga (on specific parts).
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Fezline is NOT liable for issues resulting from third-party services or installations.

Returns are only accepted for heavy defective or incorrectly supplied parts, reported within the install time.
Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection and approval.

Warranty on manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damages due to improper installation (when not installed by Fezline), accidents, or misuse.
Carbon fiber and painted finishes include UV heat protection.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for abusive behavior, unreasonable demands, or failure to follow our terms and process.
